Grill came with multiple chips and a large scratch. Seller states thes are “acceptable.. and to be expected” that wasn’t in the description.

This pit has exceeded my expectations. It comes very well packaged in a crate that prevents any damage to the pit. Even though it is large, two men can move the pit around. It comes with plenty of rocks and also has a glass wind screen that you put together. There is also a steel cover for the fire pit area. Overall great experience!

Super frustrated. We have had our table for about a month. Used it twice. Tonight we went to turn it on and the ignitor switch is broken. How do I get a replacement part to fix it? Table won't work without it?

This is a beautiful fire pit! It has extended our outdoor season, which was the purpose. It was well-packed and arrived intact. It is super heavy, but luckily my husband and teenage son were able to carry it down the steep walkway using the built-in hand holds. We have had it for almost 2 years, and although it sits on an open patio overlooking the lake, exposed to wicked storms, wind, ice, and snow, it looks nearly new. We do keep it covered when not in use, although the cover that comes with it is pretty flimsy, so I recommend investing in a heavy duty cover. Also, if covered with the glass in place, it collects standing water, so we bought a cheap 18" plastic ball to put under the cover to allow rainwater to run off--problem solved. You do have the propane tank exposed, but we just purchased a little side table for it and ran the hose under a little outdoor rug.

We love the table. It matches very nicely with our furniture and the glass rocks match the accent pillows and pool color. The heat from the pit is great, although it is used in the lowest level for the nice glow because it is hot in South Florida. My only complaint was the delivery. The people who dropped it off would not place it on the backyard, they placed it in the driveway and this item is about 250 pounds....HEAVY! So it was a mission to move it. But the price and the quality of the table is great.

We bought the AKOYA fire table for our backyard. The table is great, functional and with a smart design that makes it perfect for entertaining guests. Unfortunately, the table ended up not working out for our space and we had to return it. It's always concerning to buy big items without seeing it, but Shop4Patio made the return process easy for us. We wish we could have kept it!

Does not weather well. I live in a warm climate so snow is not an issue. It has been on a covered patio. All the surface areas are cracking and chipping. Would not recommend.

Gorgeous table. Everything the picture shows. Two downers: incredibley heavy so even though you pay for delivery the person asks you to help and luckily I had 3 contractors at my house and the tank sits completely outside of the table so you need a place to hide it. I have space for a side table but you pay not.
