Not for outdoors
I have to keep this covered pretty much all of the time because the wood can’t handle sun/heat. Defeats the purpose of being an “outdoor” set. Wouldn’t buy this again, if it wasn’t such a hassle to return, I would return it. Think twice if you plan on leaving this outside.

Gorgeous set
We purchased two of these plus 4 arm chairs. They’re gorgeous. Sturdy (I’m over 250lbs and the cushions are FIRM). I sprayed each cushion with scotchgard sun protectant so these won’t fade. We love them.
