This is a worst product ever I have purchased from Amazon.
Found two bottles empty and in other two bottles only three four time spray was possible. I have never seen third class product like this in medicated oxygen bottles. All are requested not to puchase this product.

Handy oxygen
Oxygen can is very useful for COPD affected people. The only major defect sometimes we receive empty cans. In some cans the Oxygen leaks once we start using. It is definitely a manufacturing defect which cannot be verified by the user. Manufacturer should improve the sealing.

Not Empty
A lot of people think this will be liquid or something like an aerosol spray, but it's not. This is gaseous oxygen, not liquid. That's why the can feels empty. It's not open. And the cap provided on top or inside the box is the mask for the oxygen.
