Samsung Galaxy S20 - Cosmic Grey - Unlocked (Renewed)

Great phone and was easy to setup, very happy with it. Had wanted a more up to date phone without spending a fortune or going big and heavy as a lot of phones seem to be bricks lol but this phone isn't much bigger than my old A40 and it's lighter so a great bonus.

I was hesitant as this was my first refurbished phone. Definitely an upgrade from my S9 and has a slot for my memory card 😃 I opted for the 'good' condition pink model for £200. It arrived in good time & was well packaged. Fast charger included in the box with a sim card pin, jelly beans & a pen (thanks!). No scuffs or scratches, phone appeared brand new. I initially thought it would include a screen protector and earphones, however the amazon guarantee states only the phone and charger are included. Switching over from my old phone was a breeze! The battery seemed to drain quite quickly in the first couple of days, might be because of downloads, transfers & system updates. I now allow the phone battery to completely drain before charging & it lasts for 24 hours. The fingerprint reader takes some getting used to, it's at the front rather than back of the phone. Doesn't always recognise my fingerprint the first time. There's an accidental touch feature, which is a pain when its an intentional touch; so I switched this off. Overall I'm happy! Will never buy a new phone again.

Bought this refurbished phone on 6th August, and it looked in as new condition, and worked perfectly for 4 days, then all of a sudden mid scrolling the screen went, green moving lines all down the display. Then the bottom half started alternating between bright white and black, making the phone completely unusable. Submitted a request for a refund through amazon and posted the phone back, and today have received a full refund, less than a week since posting. Disappointing to have to go through the faff of buying another phone and setting it up again, but happy with the speed of the refund from the seller.

The phone is cute and lays well in the hand. My version of this model came in a mint condition visually. Unfortunately, had to return it - the battery wouldn't last more than a half day. What a shame ! I do understand this is a renewed product, and you might get a good one or not so good one. Can't blame the seller for this

A one star in being nice! I purchased a phone from this seller 6 months ago, but unfortunately, it was faulty and potentially dangerous (e.g., battery expanded causing the back casing to crack, unauthorised factory rest and being locked out of the device). I promptly returned the phone, requesting either a replacement or a refund. I specifically requested a refund because I had lost trust in receiving a functional device from this seller. I was then told the phone had been water damaged. In the 6 months of owning this device it had never come in to contact with water. Not only that, it states on the Samsung website that the s20 is actually waterproof. So something doesn’t add up here. However, after sending the phone back, and being told about the water damaged, I was then ignored for a period of time, with no updates or communication. To my shock, the faulty phone was then sent back to me without any explanation or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication and the refusal to address the issue demonstrate poor customer service and disregard for consumer rights. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller JQ SOLUTIONS, who appears to have now changed their name! They have wasted my time, money, left me with a defective and unsafe product, and failed to resolve the issue.

I had been a happy S10 user for many years but unfortunately had to change the phone due to irreparable damage. After researching different options I decided to buy a reconditioned Samsung S20. On the whole the phone is excellent, it carriers most of the features from the S10 with the obvious improvements you get with the new generation phone and the phone is fantastic value for money. The phone does seem slightly narrowing which means I find it hard to read the screen as easily and casually as I did with the same settings on the S10 but this can obviously be adjusted. The phone also lacks free standard templates for the back rounds, wallpapers and screen savers, these now have to purchased. Due to my weakening eye-site I would personally chose the larger S20 plus but would highly recommend buying a reconditioned S20 for a high quality affordable phone packed full of features

The Phone itself was in pristine condition, everything inside is perfect, camera is amazing and and the speed is great. The only downside is that battery is clearly damaged 💔,dropped from 10 to 0 percent in about 10 seconds, will have to replace . Great phone for 250 pounds overall.

J'ai commandé un SM-G981B pour le marché Européen, c'est bien précisé sur l'annonce. J'ai reçu un SM-G981U destiné au marché Américain. Il fonctionne très bien, rien à dire, mais je n'ai pas accès à certaines fonctions Européenne, comme par exemple les accusés de réception des SMS. Je suis à la fois content, mais très déçu, mais maintenant que j'ai tout installé dessus, c'est trop tard... Je m'en suis aperçu trop tard. L'annonce ne correspond donc pas au produit reçu. ça ne mérite pas mieux qu'une étoile, malgré que le produit est fonctionnel.

Muy a gusto con la compra, la rapidez del vendedor y que el mobil estaba tal cual se ve en las fotos como nuevo y funciona de maravilla!! Lo recomiendo!!
