Gluten-free Gochujang isn't available locally, so I was hoping this would be good, and it did not disappoint! This is an essential seasoning for many Korean dishes and this product is as good as the standard commercial offerings, just without the gluten. It's well packaged in a resealable tub with a freshness-sealed interior. It gives good kick and proper flavour for authentic dishes.

First time I tried Korean (mild no chile) gochujang my microbiome experienced a major reset for the better. But most of these tubs are way too big for a single person to use up before they get old and dark colored. No savory, no soy flavor, no sweetness, just red hot burning pain!
