I highly doubt it , they are just clear sheets to save your main face shield .

Do they have dark tint for working in direct sun?

No they do not , they are designed for indoor use like a paint booth for which I used mine for . I have never seen tinted ones , you may contact 3M and see if they actually make tinted ones.

Will these fit a rhino full mask respirator # rh-7011?

The masks look pretty close, but I don't know.
