Great breakfast option if you are doing Keto or low carb!
I don't eat bananas anymore because they have too much sugar! But these bars are a great option if you are eating low carb. Nice amount of protein, great banana flavor and a convenient quick breakfast on the go. Keeps me satisfied for hours! The wild blueberry is really good as well (the lemon blueberry, no so much...).

Good protein option for breakfast.
I love these bars! This flavor in particular is my favorite and I like that they don’t have sugar alcohols which tear up my stomach. The butter chip is delicious too. Easy to tote in purse and affordable!

Great Protein Bar
These bars are helping me hit my protein goals. I am working my way through their flavors. So far I have tried the banana, coconut, almond and peanut butter. All taste decent.

Healthy low carb snack, tastes good not great
Tastes good, not great , healthy, good snack when limiting carbs Peanut butter is my favorite Highly recommend

It is awful
I normally don't leave reviews. While you taste banana, the bar is like eating a thick paste. Nugo is the best tasting and textured protein bar I've found. You will be better served making your own with oats, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Save your money. It was a waste for me because I'm not sure I can stomach the rest of the box.

IQBAR - High in protein and fiber, low in carbs and very low in sugar!
These protein bars are very good. They are filling and have a much smaller amount of carbs than any other kind I have seen.
