Summary: Great buy for its price. No concerns on handle and use.I have used this knife for about a month and I find it to be a useful addition to the kitchen. I don't have sn entire chef knife set, but this one is great to chop any vegetables, crush garlic and store with ease. It's handle is smooth and yet easy to hold and grip. The knife remains sharp and I havent needed to sharpen it yet after using it to chop onions, peppers tomatoes etc frequently and with ease.One tip: don't lose its cover tip. It's sharp so one can cut themselves by mistake when it's hanging on the dish rack. Ideally a sheath would've been useful

Definitely not those super sharp knives that cost hundreds of pounds but personally I wouldn't want anything sharper than this. I bought this to replace a broken chef knife, together with the bread knife of the same brand hoping it could do some good to my afternoon tea finger sandwiches. It turns out the bread knife is no good to finger sandwiches but this chef knife comes in handy for the job, among other things.

It’s very sharp and easy to use, not heavy
