I worked two 12-hour days with the radio on all that time, and really enjoyed its features. The pocket was very useful for storing my iPhone, pens, a tourniquet, tissues, medical shears, and a tube of dextrose. The straps needed no adjustment once I had the harness on, and I am 6'5". After carrying a radio on my belt or in a pocket, I am really pleased to have this radio harness. As a bonus, it makes you look very professional when wearing it! The harness is made of quality materials and should last for a long time.UPDATE: After my second weekend event wearing the harness, I am even more enthusiastic.
