**Q: What is the heel cup like on these? I have lateral band plantar fasciitis, so the heel cup is as important as the arch support (if not more so).**
A: The heel cup is great on these. I had tarsal tunnel surgery on my left ankle and this is the only shoe my foot will tolerate right now. Feels like you are walking on pillows.  I love them! They are considered a recovery sandal for after surgery. I hope this helps.

**Q: How do you fit your foot into these so they don't make your arch hurt?**
A: These do not hurt my arches, they actually helped when I had problems with plantar fasciitis.  I wear them always around the house, I don’t walk distances in them.  Maybe they just don’t suit your foot and gait??

A: Lo que yo recomiendo es comprar los guaraches directamente por el website de offos. Mejores precios, no cobran por el envio, mejores estilos y tienen la talla specifica para hombre y mujer. Yo compre un size 7 para mi mama y no lo encontraba en Amazon.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome relief but difficult for high volume/ wider feet

I resisted buying these when I had plantars fasciitis a few years ago-, now I have something going on with my achilles tendon. So I ordered these. I am between a 6.5 and a 7, I ordered the 7. I also have high volume, sorta wide but not wide enough for wide width shoes, feet. These are hard to get on my feet, I have to wiggle my feet into them-- they are the right size if anything the length is a tad too long; I wouldn't size up. I can't wear them with any sort of socks, not even thin socks. But once I get them on my feet properly, with arch aligned correctly, they are amazing! If arch isn't aligned they aren't great. So it takes lots of wiggling to get them just so. They aren't a throw on slipper like I was hoping, unfortunately. Maybe the thong version would be, but I can't do thongs (and you can't wear socks with thongs). I wish they had more give on the uppers, then they'd be perfect. I'm keeping them because they are already helping, and it's only been two days. But I don't think the uppers are going to stretch much over time. They are cute, if that's a consideration. If they made this in a wide width I'd probably need a size 6. It's not the width it's the height. UPDATE: I still love these but still wish they had a wide width/or higher roomier version. They are helping my feet a lot. But I have to wiggle my feet into them just so, then there's an inch extra at the heel. I can't just slip them on and go; if I do that they aren't comfortable on my heel. But when positioned just right, they are giving me serious relief. I'd love to try the sneaker version but I have too many doubts they'll work. If you can do thongs (I can't) try that first. If you have narrow feet these will probably work. My feet aren't narrow and aren't quite a wide either.
