I've been using this cube every day for about five months now, and it's been awesome. It still turns just as smoothly as when I first got it, and the magnets give it a nice, controlled feel without being too strong. The colors are bright, it's comfortable to use for long practice sessions, and it's held up really well with daily use. If you're looking for a quality 3x3 that will last, I definitely recommend this one.

its amazing how much better a good cube can make you! this is a amazing cube especially for the price. 30 d0llars may seem a bit hefty for a Rubik's cube but when you get it you see where the money went. it is fast maneuverable any easy to handle.durability is quite good but be careful not to drop it. I dropped it on hardwood and it damaged it slightly but not to big of a deal. but the one thing I will say is this is not a beginner cube because of the price this is for people who can solve the cube and want a better one or have a cube collection and want a good 3x3 for the collection. I did some tests and here are the results for me.( I'm reviewing this product about 4 months after purchase ) before the gan I averaged about 35 to 40 seconds with a few 29 second personal bests. when I got this I dropped to around 35 seconds only no 40 second solves. after about 2 months I was consistently getting under 35 seconds to 25 seconds setting my personal best at 25 seconds. 4 months later with a lot of practice mind you I am now always under 30 seconds and have a personal best of 19 seconds. this cube has done wonders for me and improved my cubing hobby. highly recommend. however most of that skill increase was via practice and learning new algorithms the cube did help me quite a bit. my only complaint is that in order to keep the cube functional and healthy a large amount of lube and lots of cleaning. I use a tooth brush to clean it and a rag and I use speed cube shop martian lube and weight 6.i can say with confidence that this is the best cube I own. and I hope my review helped you to decide if you want this cube. happy cubing!! :)

My son is obsessed with Rubik’s cubes and has been asking for one that turns really smoothly, like the speed cubes he sees online. This one did not disappoint. The movement is incredibly smooth and fast compared to the basic cubes we’ve had before. He was so excited when he tried it and hasn’t put it down since. If you have a kid who loves cubes or is trying to get faster at solving them, this one is definitely worth it. My older children were also amazed at how different (much smoother) the ones they had were.

I learned how to use rubiks cubes and solve them a few days ago playing with an old cube around the house. It wasn't a good cube. It didn't have corner cutting, it didn't clip, but it did the job. I really liked it, but I really wanted a good cube. I bought a few, but they were either too loose, or too tight and didn't adjust tension. The magnetic function is so unbelievably useful, I can't even comprehend using the other cube, now. My only thing to tell you is that you should spend the few dollars more for the extra GES. I didn't, and for me the cube is a little loose, and it isn't very adjustable, unless you buy the extra ones. That gives you a lot more customization and overall more bang for your buck

It's a fantastic fidget and product. I've bought a few different cubes afterward and you really notice the difference in quality. This thing is so sharp and sleek! feels great to play with and solve. 10/10!

El tamaño es perfecto tanto para un niño como para un adulto. Se mueve con mucha soltura y es muy fácil de manejar. Escribo esto después de varios meses de uso y el cubo sigue como nuevo, incluso después de varias caídas. El único pero es la caja de plástico donde viene: la bisagra se rompió a los cuatro días, así que como caja protectora no sirve de mucho.

I bought this GAN speed cube for my 9-year-old, and he absolutely loves it. The magnetic points make every rotation snap into perfect alignment, which makes solving it smoother and more enjoyable. The build quality is outstanding—it has been dropped multiple times, and even if a piece pops out, it can be put back easily without any issue. It’s sturdy, smooth, and clearly built to last. Der Zauberwürfel verzaubert schon seit den 80er Jahren. Auf die vollständige Lösung kann man kaum selbst kommen, aber man kann sie innerhalb weniger Tage erlernen (z.B. mit der CFOP-Methode). Wenn man diese Hürde genommen hat, dann macht das Lösen des Würfels so viel Spaß, dass man darin immer schneller werden möchte. Einerseits gelingt dies durch "elegantere" Drehkombinationen ("Algorithmen"), andererseits duch eine zunehmende Fingerfertigkeit beim Drehen der Ebenen des Würfels. Dann ist man beim "Speedcubing" angekommen. Dieser magnetische Speedcube Gan 356 M Lite ist großartig, auch im Vergleich zu den magnetischen Top-Modellen von GAN, hier habe ich den 11 M Pro und den 13 MagLev zum Vergleich. Magnetisch bedeutet, dass bei leicht ungenauen Drehungen einer Seite diese durch kleine Magnete an den Eck- und Kantensteinen einrastet, was sich anfühlt, als würde der Würfel beim Drehen mithelfen. Beim Speedcubing ist aber der Normalfall, dass die nächste Drehung so schnell erfolgt, dass dieses Einrasten so schnell kaum möglich ist. Bei den klassischen Rubick Würfeln blockiert der Würfel dann. Moderen Würfel wie dieser hier sind elastischer durch Federn (oder beim MagLev Magnete) der Mittelsteine, sodass man die Steine leicht zusammendrücken und auseinanderziehen kann. Zudem sind die in der Mitte des Würfels liegenden Kontaktstellen speziell geformt um solche Blockierungen auch mechanisch zu verhindern. Dadurch "flutscht" der Würfel bei Verkantungen bis ca. 30° in die richtige Position, was man "corner cutting" nennt. Hierdurch werden schnellere Kombinationen möglich, Speedcubing eben. Die Lite-Version beinhaltet zwar weniger Einstellungsmöglichkeiten (als die Nicht-Lite-Version), aber die sind für mich garnicht nötig. Wenn man den Gan 356 M Lite dreht, dann kann man ein sehr leichtes Schleifen der Steine gegeneinander spüren. Hier lohnt sich eine regelmäßige Reinigung mit anschließendem Schmieren ("lubing"). Hierfür dürfen auf keinen Fall "nomale" Öle verwendet werden, sondern nur Silikon-Öl! Hier gibt es spezielle Speedcubing-Silikon-Öle, die sich durch deren Konsistenz unterscheiden. Der 356 M Lite ist mein Lieblingswürfel, weil er sich so unglaublich weich und dadurch leise drehen lässt, auch im Vergleich zu den Top-Modellen 11 M Pro und 13 MagLev. Die Eckstein-Magnete und der Würfelkern sind für mein Drehgefühl perfekt abgestimmt. Die Top-Modelle können die Elastizität des Kerns noch feiner einstellen und auch die der Ecksteine. Aber das Dreh-Gefühl kommt für mich auch in verschiedenen Einstellungen nicht an jenes des 356 M Lite heran. Der Vergleich zum "klassischen" Rubicks Cube erübrigt sich, weil er kein Speedcube ist. Rubick hat auch einen Speedcube mit Magneten im Angebot aber das Drehgefühl kommt meines Erachtens nicht an die Gan-Modelle heran. Fazit: Wenn man den Zauberwürfel schon lösen kann (in wenigen Tagen erlernbar) und darin schneller werden möchte, dann kommt man um einen Speedcube nicht herum. Der Gan 356 M Lite ist dann eine gute Möglichkeit. Die Top-Modelle lohnen sich für mich nicht wirklich, dann würde ich lieber in ein gutes Silikon-Öl investieren.
