Does this help anyones memory and how long does it take before you noticed increased memory?

My husband takes it. He thinks it maybe helps a little, but nothing dramatic. He feels it helps maintain memory not really improve or increase.

There is an expiration date on the side of the label next to the lot number on the bottle.
