RykaDEVOTION XT Athletic Shoe

I have another Ryka pair of sneakers and decided, based upon the reviews, to try the Devotion XT. This model provides excellent support all around, but especially in the arch and the width. I have wide feet (W-7), and a previous bout with Plantar Fasciitis. I can't wear shoes that are totally flat or that have no cushioning. These molded to my feet immediately, and the memory foam insole is comfy. It may have to be replaced, eventually, with a commercial insole, but for now, this works great.I was also looking for a Summer shoe, in a lighter color, and this light grey/white with stripes of blue is so cute. I would caution that, if you must have leather in a shoe, this is a completely man made product, but the mesh of the shoe feels study and, at the same time, does provide support. I should also say that I bought these for every day use. I am not a runner.I will absolutely keep the Devotion XT in mind for my next purchase.

What I like about Ryka shoes is that they have a removable insole that allows me to put in my custom shoe inserts. I like the wide width which increases the toe box size for added comfort. These were comfortable right out of the box. Very lightweight. But comparing this shoe to a pair I bought 10 years ago the materials seem cheaper. I was happy to find a pair with black soles. I read that white soles were cheaper to make but personally I don't like the white outer soles. I want to buy another pair but will wait to see how these hold up. I am an RN and walk all day long at work.

Ryka, if you see this, why can’t you put another eyelet at the top so I can do a runner’s loop/ heel lock? I know I am not the only woman around with duck feet(wide toes, narrow heels). I have to punch my own holes, and this time I managed to make an unwanted tear. Otherwise great shoes, would be five stars for this overweight overpronator.

Good trainers for workout lateral pivoting due to round part of foot sole. Negative is no extra hole at top lace to make them tight around ankle.

These Ryka shoes are comfortable and nice looking.I ordered a half size larger bc I wear inserts. They seem to work good so far. Nice quality shoe.

Another comfortable and supportive walking sneaker from Ryka.I bought these sneakers for daily power walking. I usually wear a 8 1/2 wide in shoes and a 9 M in sneakers. I ordered a 9 M in these shoes and the fit is perfect. There is enough wiggle room in the toe box and for my toes to lay flat. Plus, I have bunions on both feet and there is no rubbing. Also, the price is better than most for sneakers of this quality. If these sneakers came in more colors I would by more pairs. Happy walking

I have always liked Ryka brand sneakers. I highly recommend this brand.

I LOVE these shoes. I have RA and need a shoe with a large amount of cushion. These are perfect. They have great support, excellent cushioning along the entire footbed and the ball of the foot has lots of room without pinching. They run true to size.

I was so excited to try Ryka shoes as I had seen so many good reviews for them online. I typically do HIIT training (with a lot of plyo and lateral movements) and strength training and was looking for a supportive shoe.They are beautifully made, good quality, but unfortunately did not fit my foot shape. I have a narrow heel and found these to be very loose around the heel area. I also did not find these to have good shock absorbtion and found the sole a bit hard.I ended up returning them, but the customer service was very good.

Omg those shoes are the best i ever had! I try so many shoes that hurt my feets , doing turbofire, insanity , max 30, bodycombat, bodypump ,p90x, for 15 years. Support my feets for my lateral movements, amazing cushing when jumping, (its like jumping on clouds)and enough place for my toes:)im a true 7 in every shoes, but with workout shoes i always take a 7.5 , and my orthotics it's perfect ! I do not need a wide shoes, even if i have a wide foot! Go girls!

These trainers felt comfortable as soon as I put them on. They look and feel great whatever I'm doing - HIIT, Circuits, Weights or Pilates. They're light so would be fine for running too. Have yet to see how long they last though.

Shoes were as discribed. Been wearing them for a couple of days and they seem comfortable.Ryka always a good fit for women.
