La Colombe Nizza is a medium roast blend that hits at the heart of sweet. It’s named for the city of Nice, France, hometown of our co-founder JP and home to some of the best honey in the world. True to its name, this coffee exemplifies a honey-sweet, roasted nuttiness. It’s one of our longstanding favorites, and the coffee we use for espresso in all La Colombe cafes.

I've purchased La Colombe coffee for about 2 years now. I like a coffee with just hints of flavor and this met my expectation. It's not sweet, but has bits of flavor to make it yum. Texture - nicely and evenly grounded for drip coffee Roast & Flavor - roast is a balanced medium; hints of nuts, caramel and brownie. The chocolate is very subtle. To be honest, I can't really taste "chocolate." Flavor is more on the mild side. Sweetness - With a description that includes brownie and chocolate, one may be concerned about sweetness.
