This stuff is a great source of protein. I have it with cold coffee which improves the taste of the coffee and also improves the Core Power flavor. I don't generally like protein drinks but for me, Core Power is most tolerable

We purchase the strawberry version because it tends to be less expensive than the vanilla and chocolate versions (at least every time that we look). I would this a solid 4.7 starts: high protein, easy to drink, good flavor, easy on the stomach but expensive which is the one thing keeping me form giving it a 5.
