I’m really happy with these resistance bands overall. They feel sturdy and comfortable during workouts, and the different resistance levels make it easy to adjust intensity depending on the exercise. They stay in place well and don’t roll or slip during use. I like that they’re versatile for different routines like leg training, glutes, yoga, and general fitness. They’re also lightweight and easy to store, which makes them perfect for home workouts or travel. These bands are a huge improvement over the rubber ones I used to use. The fabric is thick and soft against the skin so they do not pinch or pull at your legs. I have used them for squats and glute exercises and they never roll up or slide around. They stay exactly where you put them even during a long workout. The set comes with three different levels of resistance which is perfect for progress. I started with the lightest one for stretching and now I moved up to the medium one for strength training. They feel very durable and well made so I think they will last a long time without stretching out. I also like the little carry bag that comes with the set. It makes it very easy to keep the bands organized in my gym bag or take them along when I travel. These are a great value for the price if you want to work out at home.

These exercise bands are a good alternative when you don't have much space for a home gym. They are durable, the stretching is as expected. Stay in place, but you must consider the clothes you wear. Good size and perfect weight.

Much more comfortable than the rubber fitness bands. They don’t slip and move about, so much easier to use without the constant stopping to readjust. Good variance in the three bands allowing a change in resistance and something to work towards. Hardest one gives a really good challenge. Cosmetically nicely made and decent looking too. Imagine they will last well.
