Best jobsite clipboard I’ve used. I carry tons of plan detail and layout sheets on the jobsite and I need a clipboard that I can store and organize all my drawings in. On windy days this keeps everything organized and it can keep your paperwork protected from rain if you don’t store it on the edge. Some downsides: - If you jam pack this binder, it can struggle to close fully (just gotta offload the papers after a while). I’ve had mine overpacked for a while and it can make the corners not line up after a while and lose some of the water proof seal - the little rubber grippy feet on the spring bar can come off so reattach them when they get loose to not lose them. Always gotta keep an eye on those - it’s been pretty sturdy but it feels like it could break easily if stepped on or dropped from over 6’ (but I’m sure that’s true of any other binder so take that for what it is) Overall, I’ve purchased two and will purchase another if my other two break

Still holding up after 5 years of use. I was expecting the hinge or snap clip to eventually break, but it’s doing fine. Only thing I can say is it’s slightly deformed over time and has taken on somewhat of a bow/curve, but it still holds contents inside so I can’t take any stars off. Holds my 13” Mac Air, charging brick, mousepad, MagicMouse, glasses, cables, notepad and still has room to spare for my paperwork/receipts for the day. It looks boring and inconspicuous which is perfect for leaving in the back seat of my truck while I run in and out of supply houses or leave it on a jobsite.

The clipboard meets all expectations with the exception of the side latch, which is adequate but not robust. The clips on the outside and inside are very strong - best in class. The unit itself is very strong, easy to write on, and certainly protective of water/rain. The side latch could be better as it has only very light security when the unit is closed up. Very light, but it has never sprung open on me yet. Inside has plenty of room and there is a sleeve to put things in like pens, cards, etc. Overall the unit is very large and is a beast. There are no weak points that I see other than the clasp. Highly recommend this item for those looking for a protective case for documents.

Nice. Keeps my soccer stuff dry in heavy wind/rain/snow. Clip is very strong and holds paperwork well.

Great for truck drivers to store their permits and/or bill of ladings. Reasonably priced. Appearance wise this clipboard is identical to the Kobalt clipboard that Lowe’s used to carry. I’ve had 2 of the Kobalt clipboards and the latch over time breaks. They last about 3 years. I expect the Flambeau one to wear out the same way the Kobalt ones did. Now to make Flambeau clipboard complete I need to add some stickers to it.

Pretty good clipboard. I work as a mobile mechanic and this is perfect for holding DOT sheets, basic inspection tools, pens, and plenty of paper. The card holder is nice for when meeting new vendors and clients, the clip is sturdy and holds up in the wind. Holds a bit more than I expected, It is a bit bulky, which I do like. It still latches pretty well after a few weeks of daily use. Not really any complaints, but really wish there would have been option to customize or add stuff like pen holders, double pouch instead of card holders, or converting the back of the top into a more versatile file holder. Will try to modify it and see how it turns out, but overall happy with purchase.

Heavy duty. I like the clip holder on the front and the clip that holds it closed. The thickness is just right to carry. I use it everyday for work and would buy it again.

Looks handy for protecting the inside. But, given the massive puncture wound dead center of the writing surface, it can only go down from 3 stars. EPIC fail.
