Product is ok, but be careful to measure out before ordering. Came up quite small when they arrived and had to buy bigger from a local shop. On the whole not too bad, but I wouldn't say this is for bread cooling, more for cupcakes etc and only a few on each at that.

Good cooling racks. I use on baking tray for cooking sausages and beef burgers.Very good racks.

I should have paid attention to the measurements. Beware, these are ridiculously small.

These are ideal for roasting tins that very often don't come with their own racks. I normally have to line my tins with foil, which is messy, so these high quality stainless steel racks were an ideal solution. I can fit both into my large roasting tin, and stand items like jacket potatoes on them. Also really useful for grilling fatty foods like burgers and sausages, so that they cook evenly, without swimming in grease on the bottom of the tin.Once finished they are easy to clean with a standard scouring pad.Pricewise they are good value, more expensive than some, but better quality too. I will be buying more to fit in my smaller roasting tins. Recommended.
