By taste and texture, A POTATO ...
I was concerned after having read a review stating that rotten tubers were received. Now I am certain that if so, it was probably the shipping procedures after the product left this company. My tubers were fresh and moist inside. The taste is like potato with a slight hint of sweet. I also boiled and mashed as like potato with butter, milk, salt and pepper. I defy anyone to make a distinction. Additionally, my order arrived 5 days early.

A huge thanks for awesome customer service. I received a prompt replacement. The yucca was fresh and delicious. We made yucca fries in the air fryer. 💜

Freshness not so fresh
1 large and 1 small root was soft and not able to use , so I lost 2 pounds out of 5 . Don't know if I would buy again . Maybe gamble on it and hope for the best. Then it would be more like 9.00-10.00 a pound considering some might be bad

Fresh Yuka Plant
Always comes with like 1/3 to 1/2 rotten but I don’t use much anyways. Can’t get it anywhere else so I don’t mind.
