There are no interior compartments and cushioned. I am a photographer, and I don’t recommend just putting the camera into this bag. Personal opinion is this bag is great for hiking, traveling, and going to places that might get wet. But I don’t recommend using it as a camera bag unless you have a separate camera bag that can fit into this travel bag.
