Definitely One To Consider! It’s WiFi Phone App Is Marvelous!
This is an awesome microwave! At full power it runs around 1450-1500 watts, based on my electric smart meter. What I love the most is its WiFi ability. The smartphone app allows many options that are not available directly from the keypad of the microwave itself. There are several defrosting menus such as meats, fish, vegetables, etc. There are also melt menus for butter, marshmallows, and chocolate, as well as cooking menus for potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, soup, etc. If it broke today, I’d buy a new one tomorrow. It also has reheat sensors and a popcorn setting. Truly a remarkable unit!

Smart microwave. Quiet running.
Absolutely in love with this microwave so far! It is very quiet running. It’s compatible with Alexa. You can have Alexa start the microwave at whatever power setting for however minutes and she does.

Wi-fi and Alexia will not connect
This is a good microwave, but also very frustrating. I can't connect it to my Xfinity internet to use Alexia. The app did not work on my Android phone. I purchased it on March 3rd, 2026. It can be used without Wi-Fi, so that is what I am doing. I have had technical support, but it did not even work. I see I am not the only one with issues. The microwave itself, I would rate 7, but the wi-fi, I would rate 1.

Me funciono muy bien con Alexa en MX, el tip sería cambiarle la región a ESTADOS UNIDOS solo en la app del micro msmart… y todo bien llego antes 🫶🏽 ojalá y dure años

Very big, but beautiful and functional
This microwave is enormous. My husband and I had a fight because the microwave wouldn't fit in its designated area, suspended over the counter. About 1cm of it is hanging out, but other than that, it is gorgeous, very potent (we have to put less time than regular microwaves, otherwise it boils), it is silent (you can completely turn off the sound, but even when it is on, it is just one short beep, which is great when you have a baby sleeping). It is beautiful, easy to use, and clean. Very much pleased with this product.

Amazing microwave, it’s so very quiet, has Wi-Fi to connect to my Amazon echo dot 4, does everything that it says it does, and it’s very easy to use. Highly recommend it!

Excelente producto, fácil vinculación con Alexa en México. Se debe descargar y vincular primero con MSmartHome.

Tras hacer pruebas y hablar a soporte técnico de Alexa, me dijeron que este horno no es compatible con Alexa en México, levanté mi queja en Amazon para que inclusive cambien la publicación cosa que a la fecha no han hecho, y siguen engañando a la gente diciendo que es compatible con Alexa en México, Lo que repito está totalmente verificado que en México no funciona según Amazon, deberían de cambiar la publicación!
