I wanted the orange brassy hair gone, and my natural blonde back. My hair was still soft and healthy but not the color I wanted. I took the plunge and bought 2 Wella T28 Toners, and a 16oz bottle of 10 Vol developer. I used 8oz of the 16oz developer on my hair, focusing most on the brassy orange areas, as the white would be fine after toner, and the yellow ends weren't terribly unbearable to me. Let it sit in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes. Prepped the last 8oz of developer and mixed it with the 2 Wella T28 Toners. After 30 minutes or so passed, I applied the toner and developer mixture to my hair, again focusing the most on the brassy areas, but I still applied it on each part of my hair. Toner works quickly, so I checked it every 5 minutes. I ended up leaving it in for about 20-25 min. Washed my hair gently, conditioned, and let it air dry. I swear it was unbelievable. The natural blonde hair I'd been born with was back. Completely even color, my hair was soft and not tangled or brittle, seemingly undamaged (albeit bleached before). Whatever Wella uses in their products, I didn't think it would work. I saw all these reviews and didn't think I would have the same results. I was taken off guard and given beautiful and perfect results. So thankful for this toner.
