I usually buy mushroom supplements from Paul Stamets' line. I noticed that the Host Defense products are the most gentle on sensitive stomachs. If you don't have a sensitive tummy, the Double Wood brand is a better value. Both companies have a strong commitment to their customers' health and don't take any shortcuts. They are conscientious in what they put to market. Double Wood goes one further and makes things more affordable. I have been taking their enzymes, luteolin, and apigenin. Excellent products. I will likely buy these Turkey Tail supplements from Double Wood again.

Can tell a difference. Starting with one a day. More alert and able to focus. Since reaching over 40 my brain has been a little sluggish. This has helped significantly in a short amount of time.

My memory and brain functioning was getting bad by the day. I started taking Lions Mane and it hoped the increase of baldness right away. My memory has improve a small bit.

Felt less fatigued and better focus after taking it.Recommended dosage is 2 tablets = 1000mg and perhaps another dose in the evening.The bottle is only a months supply or less, not the 2 month supply that Amazon indicates unless you only take 500mg per day.

I have been buying this turkey tail for years. With my last shipment I found out they added ingredients to it (vegetable stearate and silica). Frustrating to see new agents added to pills that have debatable health impacts. Will have to find a new brand of turkey tail to go with from now on and a company that takes away additives over time instead of adding more.
