Mom and Teen: An Activity Journal and Diary for Mother and Daughter

Since we lost Grammie in 2021 my daughter has shut down on talking much. My daughter is very smart, but withdrawn and quiet. She told my mother everything. I needed a way in, a way to break the barrier, to let her know that I am here too and I love her with all of me. This journal is serving as a wonderful guide for helping her open up by getting to know me along the way. I wouldn’t trade this journal for everything and I know it will be something she can hold on to forever.

I bought this journal for my daughter and I to build our relationship and have something just for us. I love the concept of it but wish there was more complex questions or deeper levels of it. All in all its well worth the money and definitely recommend

I ordered this journal for me and my Little Lady! Sometimes having awkward talks with them makes them uncomfortable but this journal makes it seem easier. She loves it cause she comes home and grabs it first to see what I have wrote in it. It makes us have a conversation about each other and learn things that we may not know about each other. I kind of thought it was going to be corny when I ordered it but I was extremely WRONG!!! She Loves it!!!It’s not that expensive if you are Interested in ordering for you and your teenage daughter.It will literally save your relationship with each other ❤️It also helps that the picture on the front of the book looks like US!!!❤️

This journal/workbook has been a good way to break the ice with my tween. We have both enjoyed the prompts and asking each other questions about each other's answers. Some of the prompts have even been initiated some fun and interesting conversations that had not come about naturally. We haven't finished it yet and we look forward to the next Sunday morning when we do our next page. I definitely recommend it.

This book makes it simple to spend time with my older girls. I love bonding through one of my favorite activities as child. It allows us to have conversations that we may not have had in the hustle and bustle of things. The book is a perfect opportunity to remind your daughter of the things you love about her. It’s also great for getting to know the small things about each other and sharing feelings. I absolutely love it.

This is so much fun! My daughter is only 10 and it’s perfect for us. She’s not the reading type but the fact that it’s something for us to do together she’s all in. Definitely has opened the lines of communication between us. Hope this will be a steppingstones for the teen years!
