Been using it for a couple of weeks, great for digestion. Not so sure about blood sugar, time will tell.

A little goes a long way. The benefits of fenugreek are impressive, and the flavor is mild enough to add to a variety of my personal cooking; soup, oatmeal, sundry other dishes—usually a half-teaspoon per serving. Will buy more when my first bag runs out.

Good product, very fresh and aromatic when powdered in a coffee grinder. Taste is not great but you're not taking this plant medicine for the flavor. The listing says it is a powder but it is most definitely NOT a powder. It's extremely hard little seeds. Good product, mislabeled listing. If you're looking for a powder you'll have to grind the seeds yourself or get a different product.

Everything is good just ok

I previously bought some other brands that were extremely bitter. The Nova brand instead is mild and pleasant. It's the best fenugreek powder I have found. I sprinkle it on top of nearly every vegetable I eat.

I’ve tried other brands and they all dissolve. Unfortunately, this one the don’t. I’ve tried several different ways to get this to dissolve, and nothing has worked.

Has a definite “maple syrup” smell, so it definitely is Fenugreek - I don’t know the purity, but it seems good to me.

This item has zero taste or scent. I thought it must be expired, but it's not. Unfortunately, it is non-returnable.
