Bought for my wife to help strengthen her arms after an injury and she says she can tell after only a few days of use. OT. couldn't help her arm as much as this little arm resistance did. Reflex in elbow and shoulders greatly improved.would recommend.

Great complement of exercises
Sometimes trainning at home is a good plan if you have the right equipment.After a week of hard trainning at home, the results were not delayed, arms and chest strongher, easy to use and I feel it very durable and resistant.With a good variety of exercises you can do at home, bands of resistance look durables. I feel this is a too simple item for all what it do, but I feel the is iteam has a limitation, bands of resistance are too weak (At least for my girlfriend), I feel this could be more helpful for people on rehabilitation or some older persons.I feel this could be more helpful as a complement than a workout main exercises machine

Excellent tool
This is a great exercise tool. Exactly what I had hoped for. Lough the resistance and the various exercises I can do with it sitting in ny computer chair. I highly recommend it.

Is good but I need elastic band for 4, 5 levelElastic band level 3 is very soft......

this worked really good till it broke. I was in the middle of doing my workout and the plastic arm just snapped. item lasted about a month.
