2nd time was the charm for this nice scarf
Due to (whatever), this scarf was lost in shipping the first time. The second one arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. It is a rather fragile scarf, hence one star removed. It can snag EASILY. But it is very long, sparkly, and can either be a "wrap" or a scarf. I am using it for the Hocus Pocus Skeleton Singer cosplay, and this is the "exact" scarf you need. It's hard to find ones with the fringe on the bottom!

Good for the most part
Scarf came fast. Not the highest quality but for $10 I wasn’t expecting anything special. Def good for an accent piece but probably will not do much to keep you warm.

It is a cheap material can easily tear off
The scarf is a cheap material. It can easily break. The quality is not good but I'm keeping it because I'll wear it once or twice then throw it. The price is high for such cheap material.

Much prettier than the photo. Has silvery threads in it that are subtle but really sparkle in the light.
