Twisted Cloudburst Rainfly

While being a very useful tool, this tarp does has it's limitations. The biggest problem I've noticed is the overall size. My hammock is 10ft x 6.6ft. The tarp itself did not keep me dry under a horrendous downpour with 30+ mph winds. I figured it was a good time to test my gear and I'm glad I did. Under those conditions, water found a way inside. I knew right then that this tarp had a use but not in stormy, buckets of rain type weather. So I adjusted my expectations to use in calmer weather with light amounts of rain. During the summer it will keep shade off you and in morning keep dew off. Just stay away from stormy conditions and you will be happy! Overall I'm very happy with this tarp and will continue to use this in my kit. I've since found a 13ft x 10ft tarp to utilize during those storms.

Lightweight, easy to hang - but too small to adequately protect a normal sized hammock - like their own. It may be OK during a light drizzle with no wind, but during a fairly normal rainstorm, both ends of my hammock were drenched. I was using it with their bugnet hammock, maybe I could have pitched the tarp a little closer, but then the bugnet would have been unusable. It might be OK with a short child's hammock, but didn't work well for me. Oh, and the little included stakes are useless. They pull out too easily, get some better ones and add some stretchable cord and you will be happier.

Looks great, can't wait to use it.

Quite compact tome will tell off quality. Could use more grommets and tie-outss
