I chose this product because it is third party tested for purity. I follow David Sinclair's recommendations of 1g NMN daily along with 1g Resveratrol, and I prefer the pill form to the powder, as it is easier to dose and take throughout the day. The company was founded in 2013 and has good reviews. NMN is supposed to help absorption of the Resveratrol, which together help DNA repair as we age. I have not been able to verify any improvement in my health, but I am taking both supplements on faith. I have been complimented on my skin lately, so it may be that it has improved my skin.

The capsules are very small so are easy to swallow. I've not noticed any stomach upset or side effects (even if taken without food).The idea with this is that it can provide cellular level protection from the effects of aging. So, not exactly something I can measure by myself at the moment. If it does what it's supposed to, it will be an excellent value.

I have been taken NMN for the last 2 weeks, I have now started noticing a difference in my workouts. More stamina and energy. I still, have to give it a few weeks to see the whole effect. Great company and fantastic customer service.

Being in my mid 40's and having a busy life I have noticed a decrease in energy over the past few years. I also have had issues with sleep as well i.e. less deep sleep and constant waking up at 2 to 3 a.m. I listen to podcasts quite often and of course NMN is a subject of study as of late so I thought I would give this brand a try. With consistent daily use I have noticed more mental clarity, improvements in sleep (feeling more rested in the a.m) and more energy throughout the day. It does seem to be quite effective and the research is coming out to back this up which is also very promising

I have used other nmn products and this one stacks up. Elevated mood and feel great taking it.
