I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for years, and it’s one supplement I keep coming back to. My nails are strong and healthy, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair after it started thinning as a side effect of medication. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but this product has worked well for me, and I believe it’s made a positive difference. The best supplement for healthy hair, nails, and skin
Excellent because the capsule is soft. Tasteless, great benefits: it strengthens my hair, making it longer and stronger; my nails are improving in appearance and are healthier thanks to this supplement; and it also improves skin health. This is a good quality supplement, gluten and lactose free. I feel energetic and more active.

Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!

Amazing hair growth
If you doubt that biotin aids in thinning hair, reconsider. I wish I had a before-and-after photo to share. My hair has become noticeably thicker after taking it once daily for the last year and a half. I'm genuinely amazed.
