Great Mic
Pretty good, must admit it's my first time using a microphone but the sound quality and the ease-of-use is superb. Looks great and control are intuitive, very dynamic and functions are wide and useful. Pretty satisfied, will update if anything arises

Highly recommend this
Great microphone. It picks up sound perfectly and works well with my desktop computer. I highly recommend this product.

Great mic, but they need better service and some minor accessories
I got this so we could make live video with high quality audio using a cell phone. We might be playing music on a mountaintop or ridgeline one week and in a city park the next week. This mic is awesome, and it works well with a Samsung Note20 5G Android phone. Excellent sound, in stereo, no worries connecting (with a simple adapter), and only minimal stuff to haul in when we make a recording. Why only 4 stars? I tried contacting tech support to see if it would work with my phone and the only response was that they would contact me in one or two days. That was last week. Don't count on getting tech support. It does not come with a wind screen. Just a bit of foam or fake fur would have done the trick. Wind noise can be quite considerable. Still, I don't consider this a major problem because I still might be able to find a good one that fits. If nothing else I can break out the sewing kit and make something or just use an old sock, but the sound quality would suffer. It does not come with a pop filter. This is not a problem for me, but if you are speaking directly into it you will probably want one. Not a major issue, since you can buy a freestanding pop filter, just one more thing they seem not to have thought about. Overall this is an excellent product. I am glad I bought it.

Is performing well for me
I use this primarily as an aide to handle typing messages and email and word documents.... I find it works best if I speak clearly and somewhat slowly... Overall it is doing the job for me... Very well made and for the money I think I did ok... would buy it again

Great sound quality and decent build quality
While the main body of the microphone is mostly plastic, the stand is a very sturdy metal and has a thread for mounting to a boom arm. The sound quality is very premium for the currently $50 price tag. Its a great value for people doing basic content creation, streaming or for people who just want a better sound quality than their built-in microphone. It also comes with a braided USB-C cable.

Great quality, good features, doesn't last
Great mic, but started to die after 1 year : / Not thrilled about that. My last mic, which cost $10, lasted nearly 10 years.

High quality for good price
The sound from this mic is great quality for a USB interface. It has multiple audio reception options, a gain control, and push button mute. It includes a stand but the screw on the mount isn't the same size as my XLR boom stand so I can't use it for that, not that I expected it.

Stopped working after 6 weeks
All of a sudden Windows 11 does not recognize the device as being connected. It was working fine. I've rebooted, I've unplugged and replugged the cables, checked the security settings all to no avail. Of course it stopped working 2 weeks after the Amazon return window closed. I've noticed in the Amazon reviews I'm not the only one with this issue, a web search shows others with the same problem. The user interface is weird, there is both a headphone volume and microphone gain control but it defaults to the headphone volume instead of the microphone gain. The user manual does not tell you which color is for volume vs. gain (hint: volume is blue, gain is green). And for some weird reason the microphone (when it was working) would suddenly mute itself. UPDATE: 3 days ago I contacted JLAB leaving a support request for help. There has been no response from JLAB. UPDATE: I contacted JLab for a warranty replacement several weeks ago. I supplied my Amazon invoice as my receipt. I never heard back. I contacted them AGAIN resending my Amazon invoice. This time I heard back with "Unfortunately, the invoice that you attached does not match what we have on file for that retailer." and denied the claim. Do business with JLab at your peril.
