Regardless of your experience, this is a great package. The skimmer is better than most I've seen with removable elements that are in a rack. All plumbing parts are included, as well as a good pump and waterfall. There is even a 1 Watt led submersible light included. The only thing you will need is labor and a shovel.....and then the fish ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality product, nightmare with shipping.... *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2015* The products came in 3 separate boxes. I received the first and largest box. It did not have the liner or the pump in it. I contacted customer service (which was excellent) and was a little bothered that they didn't inform me that they shipment was coming in 3 separate boxes. The agent I spoke with said the pump should have been in the box, and once I convinced him it wasn't he sent another one out right away. The liner was another story. It got lost by Fed Ex, than sent back to them, then they had to resend it to me. I got my first box within a week, but it took almost 3 weeks to get the liner.So, the products work well. The liner is excellent quality. The pump is quiet. My bottle of bacteria (which is smaller than what is pictured) spilled all over the box, and the foam is an off black color.Note - you will need to buy a 1 1/2" threaded coupling and 2 - 2" metal coupling clamps to connect the pump piping to the waterfall filter (why don't they just include these?) to make the whole system work. No review on the light yet, haven't plugged it in.So, all in all, I'm happy with the purchase. The service was excellent, but the shipping was a disaster. If you have a problem, you can be sure they will take care of you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost a Five Star *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2012* First let me say overall this is a good bargain. The pump is good as are the skimmer, filterfall and liner. It is a 4-star because of the problems with getting the pump fittings to match anything. I took this to three plumbers and three different supply stores and they all told my "you can't get there with this pump." The pump outlet is a weird (not pipe/not standard) thread and is a 90 degree elbow that I couldn't find anything to make it fit standard PVC. Ultimately I found a agricultural pump fitting that worked but wasn't PVC so I ended up mating it via epoxy. Had they addressed this one fitting I believe anyone could set up and enjoy this kit/pond. Not addressing it has caused me a great deal of angst that should have been avoidable.
