They are nice bright lamps and have a quality finish. However, be prepared to get creative when it comes to the install. The screws provided DO NOT work when installing the inner ring to the base plate. I had to get creative in enlarging the holes slightly. I installed two lamps over our recliners in the RV. These lamps are on a separate switch. A nice thing to note is that whatever setting you have had the lamps on, it remains on that setting the next time you flip the main switch.

Great little light. Dims down very low for reading in bed without disturbing your partner. Twists 360 degrees and moves up and down. Has usb A on side. Good hardware.

These lights were easy to install as replacements for the reading lights in our 20 year old Lance truck camper. The screws that came with them were fairly short, so I replaced them with longer ones to install the base. The light connects to the base with a single set screw using the tiny Allen wrench that is included in the box. I was concerned that the vibrations in the camper while traveling would cause the lights to fall off. However, they stayed in place just fine on out recent camping trip that involved over 20 hours of driving. Highly recommend!

These are small- and if you look at the product pictures and know what a centimeter is you will see that the dimensions are there.THE BLACK WIRE is the positive lead. Seems very backwards to me and I doubt there is a reverse polarity circuit in there to mitigate hooking it up wrong. Go figure. It performs as expected. Partially dimmable- blue night light is bright. Not very confident these are new and not refurbished based on the obvious tool marks on the electronics enclosure. Some thermal grease on the replacement- yeah not so sure there IS any quality control with these. I could look at the electronics- since someone already did on at least two of these- but why bother? I think I have seen enough to convince me these are cheaply made. 30 day warranty is pathetic. They do draw power even when turned off- so be aware of that. As one previous person mentioned they have used steel in the shaft- which rules these out for boats- they will rust.After going through with the replacement unit I discovered that my testing was faulty. All three of these work as expected. I will be keeping these as they do work and perform as expected. The tool marks on the plastic are troubling- but based on my other research these at least have some protection in a cover- others similar to this design do not have a plastic cover. Longevity of the electronics may be an issue- but the price is good enough to keep them.

These are definitely designed for an RV/boat as they are about 1/2 the size of what you would expect to see in a regular home which fits perfectly under the bed of our RV as reading lights. The blue "night light" feature is great, and it also illuminates the USB charging port so you can see where it is in the dark. Lights are bright, installing was fairly easy with the help of my wife. Only complaints are the screws are a little small and the access to the set screw is very limited once you are ready to tighten it. I wish it came with a size larger mounting screws because the phillips bit I used on my impact driver was too big I would have had to screw them in by hand. Thankfully we had plenty of spare screws to use. As for the set screw, because it is so close to the top of the light, when installing on a flush service (ours was under our overhead cabinets) you could not use the provided allen key to tighten the set screw because you had no room. I had to use one that was twice as long. I would not recommend removing the set screw entirely, instead just back it off enough to separate the main body to the mounting bracket so its less turns to tighten once it's where you want it.

I put these in our motor home to replace reading lights that did not have Charging ports for phones. The lights are very bright but the screws to attach the inner and outer parts of the light body did not fit, they were too small. The screw size is so small you won’t find them at a hardware store. I used Gorilla Glue to attach them and I hope it holds. Too soon to tell.

These lights are of a very good quality. Not some cheap plastic crap. I installed these in the berth of my boat and they work absolutely great. I love the nightlight feature.

Bought this for our skoolie bus. I needed a reading light that wouldn't keep my husband awake. Fast and easy 12v install. It is a perfect small size and has a focused light that is just right for reading in bed or next to a chair. Swivels and holds it's position. The blue light on the button is nice and helps to find it in the dark. Glad I chose this one.

Had bought five of these for my RV and love the lighting. Quality lighting with easy touch to adjust intensity or shut off with blue light on at night which makes it easy to locate in the dark or have it completely shut off. However, it was supposed to be "marine grade lighting" which makes you think that the internal components would be sealed to ensure moisture doesn't get it. It's unfortunately not and I had a leak in my RV from the roof vent and water got into the cabinet area where the light was installed and fried the light so had to replace it with another one. The replacement still did not have a seal over the electronic components area ??? (another manufacturer light I bought for my other RV did have this) so before installing we sealed the electronics off ourselves. Definitely a design flaw for a light marketed as marine grade. Hopefully the seller will take this review into account and make the much needed change.
