The product is so sweet even if you mix it with milk or 30 calories Silk. Yuckie taste. Pls do not sell this product anymore.

Just started using it a week ago. The flavor is good. To make it last a bit longer for lunch some days I add 1 tbs peanut butter and blend with ice, which is a lot like a shake actually. It's thick but when you follow the directions, this is the first protein powder I've ever used that has kept me full until the next meal time. Also, you'll see many people saying "if you just drank that much water you wouldn't be hungry anyways" which is absurd. First of all, they are asking you to drink an amount of water that we all need to be drinking anyway to not be dehydrated, and I have always been good about my water consumption and was certainly not full. This is a great way to keep your daily calorie intake lower to lose weight. I eat healthy but I simply eat too many calories. My husband and I are both very pleased with the product.

not sure how well the product will work, but be aware that if you are expecting a full container, mine was 3/4 full. I complained and was given a partial refund but you would think they would have better quality control.

The chocolate flavor is really good -- but as far as feeling "full" or more full than if I had had a regular protein shake, I saw no difference at all. You can get healthy shake powders a lot cheaper that work just as well. The claim that "it expands in your stomach to make you feel full" just isn't true.

Love the product, you do have to drink lots of water and flavor is good I just use it with water, my only complaint is I keep ordering the 28 serving container and they are only sending me the 14 and nobody seems to be able to fix my problem

It gets one star because it tastes good when made with milk & ice cubes in a good blender & another star because of it's high quality packaging. They did send a blender bottle; I can't imagine it tastes very good coming out of that and with water. I bought this from Bystrictin's radio ad call in number and tried it for a month. 1) The shakes keep me full for about an hour and I'm only 5' 2" & 120lbs. 2) The protein is whey protein for those of you whom whey causes digestion issues. 3) It does not come close to doing what it claims to do. That's the bottom line. Don't be lured by the strong claims of expanding in your stomach like I was. You'll have to look elsewhere for that. I'm interested if anyone has found something that works for them in a good tasting chocolate shake form. Feel free to share the info with me.
