Would an XL fit a 6 foot 187 pound guy? He has a 44 inch chest.

I would go with the large unless he likes to wear it big. Size Example: 6'1" 225 lbs wears XL jacket and pants.

Im 5' 9", 185 lbs with a 30" inseam, 40" waist and 44" chest, male. Do you have anything that fits?

I would go with large, the pants will be long but the should work on the waist. Waist has an elastic and drawstring. We can always mix n match jacket and pant sizes if we have to
