As a personal trainer I was looking for a caliper to measure body fat on my clients. This works great. The tape measure is also great. I do feel the BMI is a little off but as shown to be accurate when I hand calculate clients information. All these tool are great and do work for what the are intended for. Price fit my budget perfectly.

Unlike other measuring tapes I’ve used, this one can be used without the help of someone else. Sometimes it can be difficult to get certain measurements on your own. But this tape has a little hook that allows you to loop the measuring tape around a body part and then securely lock it into place. I feel like it also gives you a more accurate measurement because it stops tightening on it’s own.

Super easy to use and very accurate results. This is absolutely the best. Way to measure body fat. Old school way. Unless you want to spend hundreds on a handheld on, this is the way to go for accurate results

The tape is great and works just as it should. The calipers are supposed to click to let you know when to let go, but there's no click, so they feel very inaccurate.

Very Very Very cheap and in- accurate calipers .It has an "indicator " for accuracy and it easily led to in- accuracy.the instructions suck.the only thing that kept it from a total loss was the pretty awesome measuring tape.but other than that , very unsatisfied.
