Does the job.
There's not much to say about this, but it does what I need it to. It feels like it's of high enough quality. It's as easy to install as you would expect. It fits well. The one thing I can't speak of is the longevity. I haven't had it on for very long, so I don't know if it will last, but so far, so good.

Universal?
It was not so universal as it did not fit my toilet. I have to file down the hole and hit it to fit eventually.
