Review: Gorgeous Statement Piece, But A Bit Frustrating - I love the clock, it's a perfect statement piece for my office! But it was a definite pain in the rump trying to put the hour and minute hand on the clock itself. The directions don't give all the minutia details which can be problematic for functionality. First you have to remove the nut, then it's necessary to screw, very carefully, the hour hand onto the clock face being careful not to bend the arm. Next you have to literally pop the minute hand on as the opening is not as big as the screw it's supposed to fit on. Then you can tighten the nut onto the screw, tightening it carefully, again so as not to bend either arm. Another issue I discovered was the "hook" that they reference in the directions isn't really a hook. You get two small round plastic pieces with three small nails in it that get "stuck" to the wall, and it has a small extension at the top that supposedly fits the hole in the clock face. Not a very sturdy option, so I just used a nail. When you're placing the numbers on the wall, be sure to do so gently as the acrylic numbers are a bit fragile, and you can accidently crack them if you push them onto the wall too hard. I did this on the top part of the 5, but it's barely noticeable. The adhesive is really good, so it doesn't take much to get it to stick, and is fairly easy to move if you place it in the wrong spot on your first try. Overall, it seems like a daunting endeavor to put it up, but TOTALLY worth it! Especially for the price, you can't beat that. I would recommend this as a wonderful statement piece for any room.

**Q: How long is the minute hand?**
A: The minute hand is 15 inches long...so that's looking at a ruler and adding 3 inches to it.. I just measured it at this moment for you Evie. Its totally worth the buy..

**Q: I am having the most difficult time with the hour and minute hands attaching them and screwing down the nut. it will not work!!!! help!!!!**
A: I just got my clock and was hoping to get this issue answered as well.  Once I get the hands past where the nut screws down, they just swing.  They're too loose.  Did you ever get it resolved?  (Just saw that your post is from 2016...)

**Q: Is something included so you get the numbers put on right?**
A: Yes, it does come with the circular pattern to align the numbers.

**Q: The small white pin to hold the center of the clock , dos not seem to be able to hold the weight of the clock .. Am I missing any part ?**
A: You just hammer in the nails on the ping into the wall. It should hold the clock just fine. There is a little hole which connects to the white pin.
