*Second update: today I received the replacement robe in wine red. It is indeed darn close to the color of wine! I am guessing the first robe I was mistakenly sent was a result of someone grabbing the wrong one at the warehouse. The ones actually from this company are vacuum sealed. The first one I got by mistake was not. I am in love with these robes! Please remember if you have any problems with an item received, reach out to Amazon. They have always been helpful. And if you leave a bad review initially, make sure you update it when you get the correct/fixed product.* First update: the ivory robe I ordered was delivered today and it is perfect! It goes all the way to my ankles, the sleeves go all the way down my arms, and it has a hood lol. It is super soft. I put it in the dryer to fluff it since it was vacuum packed and that worked great. Hopefully my replacement wine red robe will be the same as this one!While the robe I received was super soft and fit perfectly, I ordered this robe specifically because it is long and has a hood. The robe I received did not have a hood. Amazon is supposed to be sending me a replacement, but I will have to go through the trouble of taking the wrong robe to Khols to return it. I'm hopeful that I will be sent the correct robe when I get the replacement. I'm also hopeful that the second robe I ordered from here will be the right one. I ordered the wine red first, which is the one I got without a hood, and the ivory one is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I will be very upset if the ivory one also arrives without a hood. I will update this review when I receive the ivory one and when I receive the replacement.

Lovely robe but care info and manufacture/seller info are lacking - What does "do not rinse" mean if it's washable? And the removable paper tag says to contact them with concerns, but no contact information is given. In fact, if the paper tags were not still attached as they would have been eventually, I would not have known that the brand is HelloMamma. I had to go to my Amazon Order History and search for HelloMamma. I still haven’t found any direct contact information. The robe comfort warrants 5 stars.

I got this robe to wear while working from home, sitting at my desk all day I get cold just sitting in the same position, I don't want to turn up the heat for the whole house because Im cold sitting at my desk all day. This solved my problem. It keeps me so warm, I love it. I'm 5'4" 145lbs and I got the XL because I wanted it to be big, where it would reach all the way down to my feet (no ankles exposed to the cold), but not hitting the floor, and it hits just on top of my feet. I do have to lap it and tie it tight because the body part is big, but that's ok. The sleeves are long enough so that they covers my hands to keep them warm too. The hood keeps my neck and head warm. It is warm and comfortable. I love it, and wear it all the time.

By far the best purchase I've made as far as robes go. Really soft and will keep you as warm as a blanket. I LOVE that it goes all the way to the ground and covers my feet. My robe arrived without the sash though. :( I was able to find an old one and use that but it would have been nice to have the sash. Either way, it is a great robe.

I've been looking for what seems like forever, for a cozy floor length robe. Not ankle length, not mid calf, truly floor length and THIS IS IT!I'm 5'8" and this is the first time that has it all!Cozy fabric, well made with a middepth hood and belt at true waist. Deep pockets and did I mention that it is TRULY FLOOR LENGTH??!? Absolutely love this for cold weather.

I love this robe. It is so very warm, comfortable, fuzzy, and long. The only issue I have with it, is from my own fault. I thought I ordered a large, but must have clicked extra large. So for a small framed woman 165 lbs. I am swimming in it and trip on it all the time.

Soft, warm, order a large for full coverage,received an XL, so it drags on the floor but honestly that's not a deal breaker

Super soft and cozy. I got the the largest size as I’m 5’10” and it still sits between mid-calf and ankle, but I think it may sit longer for those with a smaller bust/chest. The inside tie came ripped off (literally hanging by a thread) but other than that it’s held up well! I really love the big hood, it’s nice and warm but not suffocating. Other reviews mentioned a bad smell upon opening, but I didn’t find that at all! Over all pleased with this robe!

Soft fabric. Quality craftsmanship. I would call this a mid-weight fabric, not thin and not thick. I am 5 foot 7 inches tall, 145 pounds - ordered an XL so that it would be long - it is just brushing the top of my feet. Belt is nice and long enough for me with my waist of about 30 inches. Wash cold gently, dry low heat - did not shrink or go weird at all. Standing with arm down at my sides the arms go past my knuckles - if you prefer them shorter you can easily roll them up as they have a nice substantial wrist cuff. Front pockets are big - hold my iPhone 12 Pro sideways no problem - no chance it will fall out. Hood is generous enough - fits well as long as I don't have a bun or pony in my hair. Came in a vacuum sealed plastic bag with instructions to wash and dry - perfect. Would gift this or recommend to others. I ordered the colour BEIGE which in person has a very very pale hint of undertone of pink - love it. I personally could not see this robe on a man - very much a woman's robe...in my opinion :) Side note: this is the second robe I have ordered as the first one I returned due to a flaw in the fabric that I noticed right away - there was a very narrow vertical line down the middle of the back that had no fluff on it - noticed it when held up - free return and full refund, no problems. Super happy my second order is perfect. I actually really look forward to the times of day when I get to put this robe on - like a big fluffy blanket. I really want to order another one - the price point right now being on sale is amazing value.

The house-robe is very cozy and warm and comfortable. I bought XL and I am 5'7" and the robe fits about 1-2 inches above the floor. Just covers my ankles. I wish it was a bit longer and really dragged on the floor just like on the pictures. Otherwise this robe is perfect and I love it and wear it every day having my coffee when I get up and relaxing in it in the evening.

This robe is perfect. It is roomy but not too big, super soft and the hood makes it cozy. I bought the XL, I am 5'8" and it falls right at my ankle/top of my foot, which is perfect because I don't trip on it when I walk but it's long enough to feel totally covered when I have my slippers on.

Product is as described. I am only 5'2" and a size 10 but still ordered a large because I wanted a robe I could wrap around me a bit and one that went to the floor (almost). The size ordered impacts the length. I looked in vain for a full length robe in other places and finally decided to order this one. Glad I did. I purchased it in navy blue and it's lovely. First thing I did was wash it to get any sizing out and it washed up beautifully. Highly recommend.
