Gamechanger!
This book is a gamechanger! At last at book that focuses on health and wellbeing, not just weight loss to look good. Steph knows her stuff and it shows. This book will help all women who have spent most of their adult life obsessed with how much they weigh (and let's face it, that's most of us!) This year I have had extensive surgery for ovarian cancer, swiftly followed by a very bad bout of pneumonia. I'm now on the road to recovery and this book has helped me enormously! I am feeling fitter and stronger than I have for years! Steph gets it - she is the real deal 😀
