Lovely wee shoe order my daughter for nursery but a size 7 is more like a 9

It took me about 5 days to find the right shoes for my daughter. Well I thought, I did. All I wanted something comfortable like the previous ones, also, I paid £5 extra to buy it, as when they saw I was definitely going to buy it, they put the price up. I don't have much time to even write this review to be honest, but I don't think it's fair on people with kids like me, who are desperate to find a good product so that their infants/toddlers can walk comfortably as they are just learning how to walk. Anyways, after phone calls to amazon, and emails to customer care in my busy day, I received my parcel today. Btw, the customer service of the seller was not great, because when I pointed out the issue first, they told me I needed to pay, and that I hadn't yet, nothing else, but as I saw they didn't inform Amazon about it, at least.. they told me to talk to Amazon that's all.Well the shoes are fine on the outside, but on the the inside all lumps and all.. After the cleaning, as we all do at first they broke, fell apart in some places already. They are huge as well. But the delivery was on time though. I really don't think I should say more..

Around ankle is too large and doesn’t fit tight. Not suitable for first walkers as the shoe doesn’t stay in place

I seemed to have received the shoes with the wrong tag, one is brown the other black. So it's probably not checked before leaving. I must say it does bother me lol but will grin and bear it 😂. Update, it keeps slipping of my little ones feet since buying she finds them hard to walk in as it just pops of it might be ok later as it's big fitting so unfortunately we don't use these.

I bought size 3 for my 14 month old & they do come up big but it didn’t take long for him to grow into them. They’ve become our favourite shoe because they’re easy to get on & off, and more importantly they’re lightweight & not clunky at all so he can walk without tripping over his own feet. Will be buying more as his feet grow

These are great in terms of flexibility, style, price and they look comfy for little ones, We were measured in Clarks as a 5.5 uk toddler but these (apparently a size 5) are MASSIVE and we can’t wear them yet. Will keep them for when he grows into them though.
