Does this dvd player come with a car charger and a wall charger?

That depends on where you get it from. Since they're no longer sold in stores it's basically going to be whatever the person has for it. In almost all cases, it's only going to be a wall charger. If they bought a car charger, they'll probably send that along as well since not all the DVD players can use the same chargers.

Can the FX820 player video files from DVD, for example, .jpg?

I don't know because I have not tried a .jpg format-file

I've read some portable DVD players don't play old movies well. Does this one play old movies as well as new ones?
