Including the adhesive with it's paper backing its .030 thick

Is this product suitable for applying to top of a dining table if it is finished properly with polyurethane finish?

The adhesive used on this veneer is extreme aggressive, and will stick to anything. Having said that, I don't apply veneers to topcoated surfaces. If you applied the polyurethane finish yourself, and are certain of its durability, then you might try it. But I strongly suggest that you sand it with a fine grit sandpaper first for maximum adherence. Make sure to clean really well after sanding.

How does this stand up to the elements? Planning to use this on my scooter for cosmetic purposes.

I wouldn't recommend it for use where it could get damp since it is a natural wood product. Even if you apply a protective caot of finish the adhesive may not be immune to moisture and it could fail.

Will this wrap around a curved corner of a box ?

It may. It is made for a straight application. However it does have some flex in where it may work for a small curve. Thank you.
