If you are familiar with electronics then this is a great kit for teaching. If not then you can learn together with the children by sharing the experience with them! Highly recommended - I’ve never done that before.

My nephew absolutely loved this. And we had fun with it too! Took us back to our childhood days of science :)

I was expecting much more, given the great reviews but the projects are very limited and very dull for my 8 year old. The instructions were way above her head as neither she nor I have prior knowledge of electronics. They seem to assume a pretty good baseline knowledge already.The solar panel is not powerful enough to power many of the components. We thought they were faulty until we tried them with the dynamo- all we could get out of the speaker was a buzz with full light and a torch on the panel.The build quality is excellent but the kit was otherwise very disappointing and has actually dampened my daughter’s enthusiasm to learn.

Excellent little set. Got my son really engaged with his energy topic in school. The solar panels did not work very well and could probably be doing with some more experiments or for it to be cheaper to be really worth the money.

Bought this for my 7 yr old grandson and he never stopped playing with it - need to get an add-on kit next, who knows where this could lead !!

Its amazing how toys have evolved over the years. I love the fact that this type of toys, can open a creative side of the child and bring thirst for knowledge and science in a practical way because that’s the best way to learn

It works and it's all there.
