I ordered this hat for a July vacation. I simply loved it!! Wore it almost every day. Fit perfect, normal female head. Kept the sun off my face. Would order another! It looked fine!!

I rarely give reviews but this hat is so well-made and lightweight, I used it for the first time in an outside yoga class. I actually was getting compliments because it was hot and I was protected and comfortable. I just ordered another one in navy!

I bought this hat for sun protection at an outdoor concert. I wanted something that would look good, fit well, and have a decent sized brim (but not so large I couldn't see well). I purchased this in Black and in Beige. I had read the reviews and knew it might arrive creased. The beige hat arrived in great shape, but I decided the color was not flattering for me and returned it. The black one did have one large crease and was pretty wrinkled. It also had a chemical smell (the beige did not have an odor).I decided to gently hand wash and reshape the black hat. The quick wash removed the chemical smell, and I carefully air dried the hat with some newspaper inside for shaping. This fixed it right up! This might be more work than you want to do for a casual sunhat, but I was very happy with my hat once it dried.I liked the size, brim, the snaps on the side, and the cord with an adjustable toggle. It definitely suited my needs and provided great sun protection during the all-day event. It did get a little warm in direct sun, because it is a fairly dense cotton around the band, with little ventilation. I agree with another reviewer who said the snaps can be a little tricky to fasten when it's on your head. The fit was good - my head is a little under 22.5" around.

I Love this Hat..... It Is Vented to keep your Head Cool while Wearing It..... The Size of the Hat It's Self Is Adjustable.... It really Is One Size Fits Most.....

I thought the colors "khaki" and "Beige" would be quite a bit different from each other, but there is only a microscopic difference between those two colors, so i could have gotten just one of them. The beige one is a teeeeny bit more cream colored.My head circumf. is small- 21". These hats do fit me if I pull the inner adjustable elastic cord all the way tight, but that does make the crown bunch a little. The rim bends fairly easily when you try to 'style' it, which can be both good and not so good.These hats are not super high quality and I don't expect them to last for many years. However, they are lightweight and they look fine. They'll feel cool in the heat and will keep the sun off my head and most of my neck. The price is very low, so I can use these hats without worrying about them too much. Three stars out of five.

Sure it says it's a womens hat but who can tell? It fit my requirements because I have a 27.5 inch head- fit perfectly. Cotton- check, vent holes- check, neck holder cord- check, inexpensive- check. It's not too floppy but I am going to spray with firm starch and then spray waterproofing spray on it. Bam! Under $20 fishing hat.
