Good quality. I would highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good- has its ups and downs *by A***L on October 9, 2020* It’s a good griddle but not the best one I’ve ever had. It takes a long time to heat up, but once it gets hot it does a good job of cooking. I especially like the searing temperature setting. However, one issue I have with it is that it’s so heavy, and when I want to cook a sandwich and use the press method, the sandwich gets very squished. That issue is easy to fix though- I just wouldn’t use the press method. It’s very easy to clean and has a great nonstick surface.
