Life: The Science of Biology (International Edition)

I ordered this book for my BSc course. Unfortunately, Amazon lost it, but they did refund the money,I did manage to get a copy elsewhere and glad I did. The book is very technical but appropriate for anyone studying a university science degree that includes biological science.It would be useful to be able to access the online resources, but this is only available if your institution subscribes for a teaching account. The book is still useful though.

Very nice massive but you need to be on a uni course somewhere to access the extras which look very good. Does not seem fair.

My Grandson for University

My daughter wanted a physical copy of the book to go along with the digital copy she had for school. This was perfect. Arrived quickly in new condition. It is HEAVY though.

I own 11th edition; I bought 12th.The questions at the end of each chapter are no longer answered within the book. You have to registrate through a cumbersome unclear McMillan process without logical results. Is very stupid indeed having a clear easy working pervious method they changed to a clumsy difficult to work one. Astonishing!

It's an excellent book, but practice questions and other features provided by the publisher are available only to students enrolled in formal courses, not to independent learners.

Last day of Final Exams is December 13, 2022.Book rental is due December 13, 2022. . . certainly not enough time to pack up book and take to carrier when still finishing exams.
