This product is by far the best and easiest improvement for my crappy tap water. I’ve been using and refilling 5-gallon water jugs at a dispenser station, and to my surprise, this water tastes better than bottled water! The old lady is happy too! The water pressure is the same as before! No leaks! The quality is the best water I’ve probably ever tasted. It got that nasty chlorine smell out instantly. Very quick installation. Straightforward. Will buy again!

If you’re handy at all, installing the Waterdrop 10UA is a piece of cake. It installs inline between your cold water supply shut-off and the faucet cold water connection, and everything you need for a clean, tidy install is included in the box. Took me about half an hour start to finish. I’m on city water with a whole house softener, and even with that setup I noticed a clear improvement in taste after installing this on the kitchen sink cold water side. That tells you the filter is doing its job. I give the filter itself a solid 5 out of 5. The install gets a 4 — not because it’s difficult for someone with basic plumbing experience, but a true novice might need to take their time with it. Overall though, a quality product I’d recommend without hesitation.

I genuinely don't typically leave reviews, but this was a big move for me, and I'm really glad I chose this one! Despite my just general confusion about installing new products, this product was extremely easy to install and the instructions provided were quite helpful. I do have some very basic plumbing knowledge, but even someone without it could absolutely install this! I really appreciated the fact that they included an adapter for the line that connects to the wall supply, because that would've been a hassle trying to find myself at the hardware store. The water tastes great and definitely is better than straight from the tap here. Worth the buy absolutely!

Easy install, will need minimum 7/8in hole saw drill bit I personally used a 1in bit. This will give you room for error (the stem of the faucet is only half and inch using bigger bit allows you to adjust the facets placement in the hole while tightening, don’t recommend going over 1in hole saw bit size) I have it configured to not only run to the included faucet but the fridge water line also taps into the same line. I recommend buying cheap fridge waterline with this purchase. Aside from that I mistakenly bought this model and not the ultra filtration model, but upon testing water and comparing it to the unfiltered water the smell and taste is greatly improved. Taste very clean and no smell. If you turn on the faucet and you see it’s white, you have to use the included valve to reduce the pressure set once and forget it

tl;dr; I purchased two of these to replace a competitor's units that have become difficult to find filters for. The Waterdrop 10UA Pro has produced better, to my taste at least, water and has a better design that works without getting water everywhere when changing the filters. I have had two under sink units from another manufacturer that I had to screw into the back of the cabinets under the sinks that I attached them to. At the time, this was the only way to put a good under sink unit in. After years of use, the filters for my original units has become difficult to find and the cost has gone up as well. This led me to shop around and see if there was anything else that was at least the same quality or better. Enter Waterdrop. I have a gravity fed filter from Waterdrop that I have not used yet, and I forgot that it was even from Waterdrop until after I found the 10UA Pro unit. Looking at the unit, it surprised me that more companies are not offering either an upside down mounted filter system or one like the 10UA Pro that sits on the bottom of the cabinet. No screws. Just attach the lines, twist in the filter and open the valves. Instant filtered water with perhaps the easiest installation method out there. It is quite impressive that the filter also has steel water lines instead of the inexpensive PTFE tubing that most under sink units come with. This makes the Waterdrop my new goto for places that I want a quick setup and easy to maintain filter at. I am looking forward to being able to place a towel under the 10UA Pro and remove the filter to see just how much water is actually lost. With my previous filters, there was always a lot of water that was everywhere on the towel that it was frustrating to have to remove everything under a sink prior to chaning the filter. While I have yet to do that, it looks like the Waterdrop 10UA Pro will have little loss which helps me get filters swapped faster.

If you are comfortable doing basic under-sink connections, this is very manageable. The biggest difference was noticeable immediately. Our tap water has always had a strong, unpleasant taste. As soon as we ran water through the new filter, the improvement was obvious. The water tasted much cleaner, fresher, and free of the off-putting odor we are used to. It was not subtle. Even my family commented on the difference without being prompted. I appreciate that this system is certified and reduces chlorine, lead, PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS, which adds peace of mind in addition to improving taste. The unit itself is compact and fits neatly under the sink (against back cabinet wall) without taking up excessive space. Pipes they provide are long enough if you do need them. Overall, this has been a very positive upgrade for our kitchen. If you are dealing with poor-tasting tap water and want a relatively simple, under-sink solution without installing a separate faucet, this system is worth considering.

Pretty much plug & play. Easy to install and connect. I can taste the difference in the water. I like that it is tucked away under the sink (no big contraption mounted on the end of the faucet) and that the filters will last about a year. This model has a blinky light on top that is supposed to come on when it's time for a filter change. I did, however, put a piece of painter's tape on the side of the filter with the install date just in case. I did not notice any measurable drop in water pressure. I also like that the filter simply twists off and on with like a quarter of a turn or so and snaps securely into place.
