I got this product to replace my previous camera for working from home and it’s been great.Video quality is good and this has been very sturdy.The only con I have is that the joint where the camera rotates and moves can get loose here and there. If that happens, remove the protective black cover under the camera platform and there’s a little screw that you can tighten.

I love the way it gives incredible video , expansive picture . Love it ! So far the best web camera that I have had , and I had many ! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In some reviews I saw that some people have had difficulty getting their cameras to work. I did notice some people say it should be connected to a USB 2 and not a USB 3. So I did that and then went to settings and under blue-tooth and devices I found USB cameras. From there the camera became active and I was able to adjust brightness, sharpness and saturation. That made a world of difference right there and I recommend doing that. I then downloaded the Zoom app and I am now ready to use it. Picture quality is plenty good for most applications. Microphone works good too. I highly suggest going to settings and adjust brightness for anyone having issues with photo quality. It made the biggest difference.

When I connected the camera via USB, it was quickly recognized by both computers. I was able to use the camera with Zoom and the native camera apps for the computers. The microphone works well too. The mount for the camera attaches easily to the back of a monitor or it can be used as a standalone stand. The ability to mount the camera to a standard tripod via standard screw is also a nice touch. Two lights on the camera let know know when it is connected and when it is being used. A cover for the lens for when the camera is not in use would be a nice addition. Overall, the camera seems well constructed. One small issue with the video quality is that sometimes the white balance and exposure doesn't adjust properly, leading to an overexposed and slightly orange skin tone. However, this issue is nitpicky and this webcam easily outperforms the webcam on my Dell and Apple computers. I like this and would recommend if you are looking for a 1080p hd camera for the price.

The privacy cap slides in front of lens with some difficulty. The flip up / down cap (as pictured) would be much better.It takes both hands to slide the one it has.

I purchased this for a second PC and decided to see if I could improve over my Logitec HD C270. After a very short trial, I decided it wasn't as good -- at least for me -- for three reasons:1. While the picture was very clear, the colors were much starker than the Logitech (I was using Zoom). The Logitech image was much more pleasing with less glare on lighted areas.2. The webcam camera sits on a short swivel post that causes the camera to be about an inch higher than the mounting on top of the monitor (the Logitech swivel comes directly out horizontally from the mount). The additional height slightly worsens the effect of my eyes looking down when I look at the screen.3. The camera mount itself is significantly larger than the Logitech's -- about 2" on both the top and extending down the back -- compared to the Logitech's 1.5". This might be useful or even necessary for mounting on top of a large TV that has a wide deep frame on top, but it was too big on my LED monitor, requiring me to move my monitor forward by about an inch from the back wall in my already tight workspace.I do like the flip-up security cover which the Logitec doesn't have.For the above reasons I returned it and purchased a second Logitec.

Now I gotta say this camera works. Especially for the price. However dont expect it to capture every little detail. The resolution on the camera makes it very grainy. And it has a really poor exposure levels. I find that very important for gaming, especially when I have such a large monitor that gives off a TON of light. However its extremely easy to use and really good so long as your in the right lighting environment. I recommend it for people who aren't looking to spend a fortune on a logitech camera for streaming.

My mother uses her computer A LOT for playing games and watching YouTube, so she’s familiar with how to use it for most things. However, what she doesn’t have is very good signal on her cell phone. She also likes calling and talking to her brother, sometimes for hours on end.I decided to break down and buy her this camera/microphone combo. All it took was to plug it into the USB port and now she can call me, I can call her and she can call that important brother of hers, all essentially, for free. She’s not using as many minutes on her cell phone, I am not running into problems with her not having signal on her cell phone, anymore, and the picture is excellent. This also allows her to have virtual doctor visits.This saves both of us money and frustration, and keeps her connected to the larger world.Thank you!
