Got these to use with my new electronic cat door. Had to get the door installed, then the cats used to the new flap which was transparent. Their old flap was opaque. So today, I put them on my cats...all 5 of them. So far so good. The best thing about this company was the quick delivery. It got here way ahead of the door.

This magnetizes to everything metal so it will not hang straight down and it will not trigger the magnet on the door, and let me tell you it's not super fun to spend your whole night trying to put your animals collars together with plastic knitting supplies and plastic connections that you have lying around the house so that you don't have any metal on the collar. Also packaging was crazy there was a box 12" x 10" x 4" that was taped and sealed shut and then it was put inside of a bubble wrap non-recyclable envelope , mind you, all that was inside was a tiny fabric collar 3" x 1" in a tiny plastic bag. Tiny.
